Saturday, July 2 - Jupiter, Florida to somewhere in North Carolina
We got going from Jupiter pretty early, and started our way up I-95 [3 People Pictures]. We decided we had a little time to take a side trip around lunch time to Cocoa Beach for a visit to Ron Jon [Picture][2 People Pictures]. It was a nice break in the ride. Then we continued north through the afternoon, with a dinner stop outside Savannah for Zaxby's and Chipotle [2 People Pictures]. We also made a fairly lengthy gas and shopping stop at the Florence Buc-ees (our first experience with one) [Picture][2 People Pictures], and drove up through Pedro's [2 Pictures] but did not stop. Somewhere around Fayetteville, North Carolina, it became Sunday. [26 Roads Pictures].
Sunday, July 3 - somewhere in North Carolina to Amsterdam, New York
Like on the ride down, we made a late night gas stop at Kenly 95. In the early morning hours, we stopped for gas at a Wawa in Petersburg, Virginia. By morning, we were getting into New Jersey, where we made a couple of stops for breakfast items and gas. We continued on arriving back in Amsterdam a little after noon. [7 Roads Pictures].
