Staying with US 6.
[Crop/Zoom: 894x665]
Not the best picture of the University of Nebraska from US 6.
[Larger: 2304x1728]
A much smaller arch than the one we'll see in St. Louis.
[Larger: 2304x1728]
Onto O St.
[Crop/Zoom: 1296x1425]
O St. Including a Runza, which I would not learn about until trying it in Papillion later in the day.

[Crop/Zoom: 629x864]
I'd never heard of this, but it's one of the old named highways that predated the US highway numbering.

This is where I leave US 6 and turn north to catch US 34 back.

My first (known) travels on a Nebraska link or spur highway is the very-short 55K link.
[Crop/Zoom: 571x804]
After a slow ride up 48th Street through lots of construction and people just not in any rush, I am at US 34, northwest of town.

Arrival at I-180.

A very poor attempt at a picture coming into Lincoln's downtown area from I-180.
And that's it for I-180.
[Larger: 2304x1728]
To get back east, I took US 34, which is O St. again in Lincoln.

Skipping ahead past the traffic lights and shopping centers, back in rural Nebraska and into Eagle.
