Nor'Easter - December 6-7, 2003

These pictures were taken with my Olympus C730 Ultra Zoom digital camera during the first snowstorm of the year in and near Williamstown, Massachusetts, on December 6 and 7, 2003. The first storm was a big one, dropping close to 2 feet of snow in much of the area.

Most images are shown at a resolution of 640x480, but are available in their full 2048x1536 size by clicking on the links after the captions.

No grilling today. [2048x1536]

Some digging out is needed, but not too bad. [2048x1536]

The road seemed OK starting up into Petersburg Pass. [2048x1536]

But things got worse up near the top. Snow was actually drifting along the road up here. This is just beyond the parking lot at the summit in Petersburg, New York. [2048x1536]
