We headed into the dome around 11:45 for the 1:05 start, mainly to
catch some Yankee batting practice from our seats in the lower deck.
This time we were on the third base side, 40 rows up. Nice seats made
even nicer by the fact that we had shade. It was around 30c with an
intense sun. These seats were more normal than what we had in the
club level on Saturday. They were plastic and a little too small.
Still, the food selection was great and everything was convenient. I
was able to walk down right behind the dugout to watch BP. You don't
get this at home games. The game itself was fine too, as the Yankees
roughed up former teammate David Wells and won big again. After the
game, the camera's batteries were gone, so no more pictures. We left
Toronto around 4:15 and were back in Troy shortly after 11:30. This
includes a gas stop in Burlington, customs at the Peace Bridge in
Buffalo, and dinner and gas stops on the Thruway.
