Williamstown, Massachusetts to Frederick, Maryland - May 20, 2005

The ride down an unusual route: MA/NY 2, I-787, I-87, US 209, I-80, PA 33, US 22, I-78, PA 100, US 222, US 30, US 15. Interesting ride, but too much traffic and construction.

BY 52 is here in Ellenville. [2048x1536]

Line painting caused some delays, but they were much worse northbound. [2048x1536]

Scenery a bit further south. [2048x1536]

Now into Wurtsboro. [2048x1536]

We cross NY 17, one day to become I-86. [2048x1536]

Still in Port Jervis, the "42" that completes the collection of 2-digit numbers. [2048x1536]

The bridge across the Delaware into Pennsylvania. [2048x1536]

Crossing the Delaware. The New Jersey "high point" marker is on the top of that hill, but right behind the bridge support. [2048x1536]

[2048x1536]

[2048x1536]

A bad sign. Yet another painfully slow merge to squeeze through a construction zone. [2048x1536]

Lancaster, PA. [2048x1536]

In York, PA. [2048x1536]
