Real Millennium Trip - Night travel, December 26, 2000

I'm not sure if Maryland welcomed us, but they do want us to wear seat belts.

It must be Maryland if we're passing the Chesapeake House service area.

We took the Harbor Tunnel Thruway around Baltimore, which is I-895.

And there's Baltimore. Really.

We made it to DC and passed by RFK Stadium.

And we got to do a little city street driving when trying to get from 295 to I-395. They almost connect, but not quite.

It looks like we have to bear right to get on I-395.

Sure enough, and now here we are being welcomed to Virginia, where they're glad you came but don't want you using that radar detector.

And we're still on I-395, headed for the Mixing Bowl.
