We went to Charleston for a baseball game but instead saw only a heavy
thunderstorm.
After the first torrential downpour, we went to the waterfront.

We drove around downtown a bit.

And came to this flooded intersection.

Right by the U.S. Customs House.

Those people are in water above their knees.

This restaurant has a problem.

This market still seems to be open, despite a couple feet of water.

On our way out, the storm is picking up again as we cross US 17 north
out of town.

found different traffic problems.
