This picture was taken with my Google Pixel 6a phone at our house in Amsterdam on August 21, 2025. The thundersnow server, which arrived in early 2013, was the firewall and NAT server for our home network for over 12 years. It's been amazingly reliable, evidenced by the 1000+ days of uptime in this picture. On this day, many of its responsbilities were taken over by a new, much more modern network setup.
